Product Manager - Central Management Software  - France

Responsibilities: 

  • Gather information to reach a deep understanding of Telcos/Service Providers needs and requirements at OSS/BSS level.
  • Imagine, seed, promote and set-up technical programs that match the customers needs as well as the company strategy.
  • Manage technical programs about Service Providers and Very Large Networks central management software.
  • Represent Ipanema at Service Provider Sales and Technical events.
  • Monitor 3rd party technology vendors (competition as well as potential technology suppliers).


Requirements

  • Ability to find out the actual customer needs laying under inaccurate or clumsy requirements expression, and to transform them into appropriate high-level description.
  • Ability to understand the link between needs and technology, and to isolate the fundamental features and technologies that make the difference versus over-engineering.
  •  Familiarity with application and infrastructure software in web technologies, OSS/BSS and Network management software, etc.

2 Regional Sales Directors – Australia and HK

Responsibilities: 

  • Devise and execute a plan to drive sales and achieve quota from the top 50 Enterprise accounts in country.
  • Manage existing in Country Ipanema Partners (BT, OBS, C&W and others).
  • Complement existing channel with new partners targeting new market segments and verticals.
  • Devise Marketing plans to increase name awareness and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Background in OSS/BSS or enterprise/service management.

Pre Sales Engineer - Switzerland

The successful candidate must be comfortable both in a highly technical pre-sales environment, designing an implementation with a customer, and supporting them post-deployment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive pre- and post-sales technical consulting to prospective customers and channel partners
